Midwest Machinery’s Field Team Service and Support plans ensure that both you and your machines are ready for the upcoming season. Becoming a Field Team member allows you to spend more time managing your operation, while our John Deere Service Technicians take care of your equipment.
Choose from our 10 Field Team inspection packages and add-on services that best fit the needs of your operation. Every inspection will receive a labor credit that can be used toward any recommended repairs we may find. In addition to free labor credits, when you commit to multiple machines for inspection, we'll reward you with a very special list of benefits that you can take advantage of throughout the year. The more pieces of equipment you have inspected, the better the benefits.

Every inspection will receive a labor credit that is good for any of the recommended repairs. The motorized units that are eligible for an extended warranty will receive a credit towards the purchase of PowerGard. Labor and warranty credits are applicable during the defined purchase period.

Preseason Start-Up $500 Before the planting season begins, a certified technician will come out and ensure that your planter is ready to plant before you hit the field. We will also make sure you have a complete understanding of your planter’s settings and operation.
Optimization $500 Maximize your planter’s performance with a ride-along by one of our certified technicians in the field. We want to ensure your planter speed, downforce, seed spacing, and section control timing is set correctly for optimal planting.
Meter Test Available We will run your meters on our certified test stand and calibrate them to your specific planting speed, seed population, and seed size. Our goal is to keep your skips and doubles to a minimum so you can achieve the best stand possible. Contact an MMC Service Manager for details.
Winterization $275 (Up to 18 Rows) and $400 (24 Rows and Up) Having your liquid fertilizer system winterized to protect the pumps, lines, and tanks will ensure a trouble-free spring planter season. Anti-freeze not included.

We will send out a certified technician to change over your heads and combine from one crop to the next. Our technician will ride along to make sure that the settings and calibrations are functioning properly.
